The Kidney Foundation of Central PA is committed to providing communities with health outreach and screenings for kidney disease; patient services and support for people whose lives are impacted by kidney disease; and advocacy for living organ donation in order to reduce the wait for a life-saving kidney transplant.
KFCP PROGRAMS The KFCP offers a wide range of patient services and programs to assist patients and caregivers navigating the many challenges of chronic kidney disease.
OUTREACH & EDUCATION The KFCP provides free community-based outreach, along with information and education on the risks for chronic kidney disease.
PATIENT EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE FUND Cash assistance for food, medicine and other essential expenses is available through the KFCP for qualifying transplant patients or patients receiving dialysis.
ADVOCACY AWARENESS The KFCP works to advocate for the availability and accessibility of specialized care, as well as equipment and personnel necessary for such care.
Camp Kydnie is located at Camp Victory in Millville—welcoming children with kidney disease or who are post-kidney transplant, and their siblings or friends to a fun week of activities. Learn how you can help send a child to Camp Kydnie through the Keys to Camp program.
