Dear Friends of KFCP,

The Kidney Foundation of Central PA, KFCP, thanks you for your ongoing support through these challenging and unprecedented times. Although the current pandemic has strained our resources, we remain committed to delivering programs and services that support families living with chronic kidney disease in Central PA.  Our planned programs and fundraisers did not occur in 2020 and these events are in the process of being planned for 2021.  Your GIFT will translate our joint commitment to caring into common language that transcends paper and affects people.  As Executive Director, it is a privilege to work in partnership with you to continue to provide for families struggling to provide food, shelter, and optional health while living with a chronic disease.

Please consider a gift to help us keep giving –
$1500  Supports 4-6 Dialysis Centers and an average of 10-15 patients per center.
$1250  Makes it possible to offer one virtual Patient Family Partner Program class to 8 mentors.
$1000  Buys 25 blood pressure monitors for those challenged with hypertension.
$  750  Supples 10 Emergency Kidney Go Bags (Renal Nutritional Supplements & Supples)
$  500  Pays for one (1) Campership to Camp Kydnie – our camp for kids with kidney disease.
$  250  Supports community outreach, education, & screenings.
$  100  Pays for the registration fee for one child to attend Camp Kydnie for the week.
$    75  Helps a dialysis patient get an essential prescription filled.
$    50  Pays for emergency transportation not covered by any other program.
$    25  Provides a dialysis patient with life saving Medical Identification Jewelry.

Because of donors and supporters like you the KFCP-

  • Helped to provide emergency housing for a young dialysis patient about to be evicted.
  • Provided life saving emergency jewelry for a patient with no additional funds and several life sustaining needs.
  • Paid for two siblings to attend Camp Kydnie after the loss of a parent and the inability to pay the parent portion.

THANK YOU! With your help The KFCP can continue to respond to unexpected needs of families living with CKD and collaborate with other partners to provide  additional services. Your donation makes a difference! Donations can be made by check to the KFCP address or credit card via our secure website – www.kfcp.org
